ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) – WEDNESDAY 28 JUNE 2017 at 5.00pm  

The AGM of the Institute of Directors will be held in St James I, 116 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5ED on Wednesday 28 June 2017 at 5.00pm. All members are welcome to attend.

There will be four items of business: approval of the 2016 AGM minutes; receive and consider the Annual Report and Accounts 2016; approval of the appointment and reappointment of Council members; and the reappointment of Buzzacott LLP as auditors.

Each member in the Associate, Member and Fellow categories are entitled to vote on the proposals at the AGM. There are a number of methods to vote, including:
