Introducing the IoD Health and Life Sciences Special Interest Group

The UK Health and Life Sciences sector is changing rapidly, both in its vast economic contribution to the UK economy and the breadth of roles it supports. As the sector and its leaders move forward, it’s imperative that business leaders operate with a well-informed, global perspective.

With this in mind, the IoD is pleased to announce the launch of its newest Special Interest Group (SIG) for leaders working across health and life sciences.

The Group brings together professionals, investors, innovators and service providers to connect, exchange insights and build relationships. It aims to support those shaping the future of areas such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical technology to become more effective leaders for their organisations and stakeholders.

Through a programme of in-person events, webinars and roundtables, members can engage with peers, share best practice, explore emerging trends and collaborate on real-world challenges across this dynamic and fast-changing sector.
