Stephen Cooper

For many years he was a practising solicitor handling a wide range of legal issues including contract and commercial advice, insurance, employment, and litigation. His clients included NHS bodies, insurers, SMEs and individuals. More recently, as a non-practising solicitor, he has acted as a business advisor including to directors and SMEs. He has also been an Ombudsman in the UK and Channel Islands and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has experience of setting up his own business, as a Board Member and Trustee of housing associations, and as a Governor of a Sixth Form College.
