Sara Hanna

Sara advises on a wide number of commercial issues faced by small to medium-sized businesses.

She advises on employment, company, business and general commercial law, including terms and conditions of business, buying and selling business, company formations, directors’ responsibilities and liabilities, directors’ service agreements, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, staff policies and procedures, dismissals, redundancies and discrimination (the list is not exhaustive).

Sara read law at the University of Warwick before qualifying and practicing as a solicitor in private practice, initially in a law firm in the City of London and from 2000 to September 2017 in the practice of Grindall & Hanna set up with David Grindall.

She has spoken at numerous events and for several years has delivered lectures to company directors and company secretaries on their roles and responsibilities.  She has been a trustee of a number of charities and a School Governor for a number of years before holding the post of Chairman until her term of office expired.

Sara is now a non-practicing solicitor and runs a business consultancy, Hanna & Co.
