The Emerging Leaders Programme is a leadership development programme designed for ambitious future leaders who want to strengthen strategic thinking, increase leadership confidence and prepare for greater organisational responsibility. It equips participants with a clear understanding of the director role, strengthens judgement and self‑awareness, and develop the mindset, judgement and practical leadership skills needed to lead effectively, influence with credibility and contribute with greater impact.
