This workshop explores the way boards define their organisations’ purpose and “reason for being”. You will learn how to place meaningful purpose statements at the heart of your organisation and consider how to report on sustainability metrics to bring benefits and drive value creation for your stakeholders.

This course will give you the knowledge and skills to:
- explain the value of a meaningful purpose at the heart of an organisation’s culture and business model
- compare approaches to how best to communicate and report sustainability credentials effectively to stakeholders
- identify different reporting and disclosure frameworks and metrics
