Objectives

This course helps directors strengthen their understanding of ethical leadership and responsible decision-making in complex organisational environments. Through three interactive modules, participants explore the six principles of the IoD Code of Conduct and how they support directors in navigating competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, and governance responsibilities.

Written by directors for directors, the course provides a practical framework for applying the Code in real-world leadership situations. Participants will examine ethical challenges, reflect on how the principles apply to their role, and build confidence in making transparent and responsible decisions aligned with high standards of conduct.
