Shortlist announced for the INSEAD Alumni Balance in Business Awards 2023

Today, the shortlist for the inaugural INSEAD Alumni Balance in Business Awards has been announced. The awards have been created by the INSEAD Alumni Balance in Business Initiative (BiB), in partnership with the IoD, and supported by the FTSE Women Leaders Review to recognise trail-blazing FTSE350 organisations, leading the way through innovation, re-designing policies and levelling the playing field for women and men in the workplace.

The applications were carefully evaluated by an expert panel of judges, drawn from the business and government community and the following ten companies were selected as a shortlist: Diageo plc, Halma plc, HSBC Bank plc, The Law Debenture Corporation plc, Lloyds Banking Group plc, Marks and Spencer Group plc, Pennon Group plc, Schroeders plc, Tate & Lyle plc, Tesco plc.

The finalists and winners will be celebrated during the BiB Awards Gala Dinner, which will take place on 9th May 2023 at the IoD, 116 Pall Mall, London.

The evening will be headlined by high-level speakers:

  • Denise Wilson OBE, CEO FTSE Women Leaders Review
  • Pedro Pina, VP Head of YouTube EMEA
  • Danuta Gray, Chair Direct Line Insurance Group plc, NED Burberry Group

The judges will now enter the second phase of the judging process and will announce the winners on the 9th May during the Awards Gala Dinner at the Institute of Directors.
