IoD partners with Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA)

The VNIDA is social-professional organisation of current and aspiring independent directors in Vietnam. The VNIDA’s focus is to promote best practices in corporate governance, to enhance the value of independent directors and board performance through networking, training and experience sharing, as well as protecting the interests of members to strengthen the professionalism, independence, transparency, and integrity of independent directors.

These ambitions reflect the pillars of the IoD’s mission and Royal Charter, and speaking about the partnership, Jayne Miller, IoD International Commercial Relationship Manager said:
