Gender pay gap briefing for directors and leaders
IoD Scotland has partnered with Close the Gap, Scotland’s leading policy advocacy organisation working on women’s labour market participation, to develop a briefing on practical tips and advice to address the gender pay gap.
The briefing provides organisations with a roadmap to identifying, understanding, and addressing gender pay gaps within their own organisations. It covers a range of topics, including:
- Understanding the causes of the gender pay gap
- Measuring the gender pay gap
- Taking action to close the gender pay gap
IoD Scotland is committed to working with its members to address the gender pay gap and create a more equitable and inclusive workforce. This partnership with Close the Gap is a significant step in that direction, and we are committed to bringing more of these resources to our members in the coming months and years.
