Book digital appointments in the My Bupa App. Speak to GPs, nurses, physios and mental health specialists. Make video or audio appointments during the day and evenings, on weekends or bank holidays††
Seek prompt advice from a GP, face to face. Access face to face GP appointments for just £20 each. If needed, tests can often be carried out on the same day at no extra cost – for example, blood tests, urine samples, ECGs, smear tests and HPV screening‡
Get the specialist advice you need, sooner rather than later. With Bupa’s Direct Access service, you can call to speak to a specialist for health issues including muscle, bone and joint worries, cancer symptoms or mental health concerns, usually without the need for a GP referral‡‡

To qualify for a 50% rebate on IoD membership and 10% off Bupa By You health insurance, IoD members must call Insured Health Ltd on 0800 030 8007 and quote “loDR50” when purchasing their Bupa by You health insurance policy.
90 days after the Bupa by You policy start date, Insured Health Ltd will contact the IoD to confirm the IoD membership start date, IoD membership type, and IoD membership status, before sending the 50% off 1 years’ loD membership fee payment direct to the qualifying Bupa by You health insurance policyholder.
Payments will be as follows and will be provided in the form of a cheque, addressed to the Bupa by You health insurance policyholder and sent to the address provided for the policy; £247 for full membership, £108 for associate membership, £39.50 for student membership. Payments are made based on the IoD’s annual membership free, additional administration fees may apply if you chose to pay for your membership via monthly payments.

10% discount on Bupa By You health insurance applies to eligible Institute of Directors members on quotes for new Bupa By You policies, and is not available in conjunction with any other offer (e.g. months free, guided care options). Add more than one child under 20 years old to your policy and you’ll only pay for the eldest child, no matter how many more children you add.
