Previously Head of Networks and Engagement at the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, Roisin has a wealth of experience working for professional membership bodies, primarily in the construction and healthcare sectors, with a focus on building community networks, delivering value-add activities for members and providing the highest quality customer experience.
A regular contributor to the membership sector by speaking at conferences and inputting into best-practice guidance with organisations such as Memberwise, she is at the forefront of the membership engagement profession.
