Julia Marsh

Julia was appointed to the board in September 2023. Julia has over 20 years of experience working in senior roles at various global Higher Education institutions. Prior to entering the higher education sector, Julia worked in management consulting at PWC and E&Y.

Currently Julia is the Senior Associate Dean for Innovation and Transformation at London Business School and is responsible for delivering creative solutions for sustainable impact across the School. This entails using experimental approaches to drive innovation, strengthen operations and support teams across the organisation to deliver improvements.  Julia has also recently been asked to drive the School’s sustainability agenda.

Before her current innovation and transformation role, Julia worked as the Associate Dean for the Degree Education at London Business School. Julia has also held senior roles at other institutions, including as Head of Career Centre at Chicago Booth’s London campus and Executive Director of the joint TRIUM EMBA Programme at the London School of Economics, HEC Paris and NYU Stern.

She holds an MBA from London Business School.

Outside of work Julia enjoys painting, sculpting, exploring historical sites, and spending time with her family.
