Beth Ahlering

Beth has more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant, business leader, facilitator and educator, with deep expertise in organisational behaviour and change management. She has led transformation programs for a wide range of clients in financial services, pharma/healthcare, technology, education, regulatory and government sectors across the US, UK, Middle East, Asia, and South Africa.

Prior to joining Executive Education at Cambridge Judge, Beth was Regional Managing Director of Duke Corporate Education’s European business.  Prior to this, she was a senior management consultant in KPMG’s People Consulting practice, where she led teams advising clients on behavioural change management; learning and talent strategies; diversity and inclusion; capability framework definition; design, delivery and evaluation of learning; as well as outsourced managed learning services. She has worked across a number of innovative learning modalities including face-to-face, digital learning, micro-learning, immersive and experiential learning, and social and generative learning.  More broadly, she cares passionately about enhancing access and inclusion in education through technology and personalisation.

Beth completed her PhD and post-doctorate at Cambridge Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, where she was a researcher at the Centre for Business Research and taught on organisational behaviour and regulatory change modules for the Business School’s MBA and certificate programmes. Her academic research focused on firm responses to globalisation. Her MSc is from the London School of Economics, and her BA in Psychology is from Duke University.
