Striking the balance hybrid working vs. company culture

Effectively incorporate hybrid and remote workers to build a strong company culture.

Have you got the balance right between offering hybrid working and maintaining your company culture?

Online registration for this event has now closed; if you'd like to attend please email [email protected]

The advent of remote and hybrid working has brought new benefits and challenges to business: while it allows for a more flexible workforce, company culture is also impacted.

The event will feature a panel discussion, moderated by IoD Essex Chair Paul Durrant, to understand the conundrum hybrid working presents and best practice tips on how you can effectively engage your hybrid and remote workers to boost the corporate atmosphere.

There will also be time for networking prior to and after the panel discussion and IoD members and non-members will be joined by Essex Cricket Club members, providing great opportunity to make new connections. However, places are limited so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

* This event qualifies for 1 hour of CPD. *
