Join us at this free online event to find out more and learn how to apply.

Since 2015, Revenue Scotland has been responsible for collecting almost £7 billion from two devolved taxes, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and Scottish Landfill Tax. They currently have just under 100 staff, a Board of seven including the Chair  and a senior leadership team, of four led by the Chief Executive.

The Minister values the benefits of having different points of view on the Board and welcomes applications from people from all walks of life.

The online session will give you the chance to find out more about this important role, hear about the criteria and how to apply. You will hear from:

  • Elaine Lorimer (Chief Executive)
  • Aidan O'Carroll (Chair of the Board)

The session will be hosted by the Institute of Directors and there will also be a chance to ask questions about the roles and about the appointment process.
