In October 2024 the IoD launched its Code of Conduct for Directors, a commission led by Lord McNicol and aimed at introducing a standard for all boards to utilise to ensure exemplary conduct at the highest level of business. Hear from Dr Roger Barker on how adhering to frameworks like the Code of Conduct and the Good Business Charter can benefit businesses in the long-term. We are also delighted to welcome Joel Ripley from Schroders Personal Wealth as our keynote speaker; as GBC’s Responsible Business Monday Champion, we will hear how SPW has successfully implemented responsible business practices and improved their corporate governance, setting an example of impactful, sustainable business leadership. This webinar is aimed at business leaders, directors and professionals committed to embedding integrity, accountability and sustainability into their operations, whether you're from a corporate, SME or other type of organisation.
