Speakers

Jamie Quinn - Sustainability Director

Jamie joined Related Argent in 2023 as Sustainability Director and is responsible for environmental, social and governance (ESG) across all its projects. He is particularly focused on helping Brent Cross Town become a net zero town by 2030 and King’s Cross to become net zero carbon by 2035.

A Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of IEMA with more than 20 years’ experience, Jamie is experienced in developing partnerships with industry, academia and third sector organisations to achieve key ESG goals.

Before joining Related Argent, Jamie held leadership roles at multinational organisations including EQUANS, ENGIE, Cofely GDF-SUEZ and Balfour Beatty, implementing ESG programmes across the built environment sector. He is the former Chairperson of Our Park Life Community Interest Company on The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and is a current Board member of Urban Partners at King’s Cross.

Vivienne King - Founder, Impactful Places

Vivienne has over 30 years’ leadership experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on retail and living. The former CEO of Revo the retail and leisure real estate trade body, the former CEO of Soho Housing Association and group retail property business, Soho Ltd and a management board member of the Crown Estate, where she spent over 20 years of her career.

She is now a strategic advisor running Impactful Places, an NED and a well-recognised voice in real estate, speaking out on industry issues as diverse as place-based social impact, business rates reform and retail and leisure innovation, all about securing vibrant aspirational town centres. Place shaping and social and environmental sustainability has run through her career, having taken the Crown Estate into an industry leading position with integrated sustainability, led development of a social value framework for retail at Revo, was real estate lead at The Good Economy impact advisors and has had grassroots experience of providing affordable living in a famously urban environment.
