Dean Stokes
Dean Stokes is founding chair of the IoD’s Education & Skills Group, bringing together people and ideas from across the sector and central government. As Director of Operations at Fortis Consulting London, he advises private sector clients on business strategy and UK market entry.
Joel Popoola
Joel has over 27 years’ experience working across Africa and the UK, with a strong focus on corporate diplomacy and non-market strategy, helping organisations navigate government relations, policy environments and cross-border investment. He’s the Chair, IoD Africa Group and Managing Partner at Anchora Advisory, advising businesses on strategic partnerships and market entry. Joel is an alumnus of Said Business School, University of Oxford and a life member of The Oxford Union.
Yvonne de Ville
Yvonne de Ville, chair of the IoD Finance & FinTech Group, is the author of two influential books on business change management: Cracking the Change Management Code and Managing Change: The Science of Happy Endings. A recognised Business Change Expert is a prominent advocate for women in Finance and Technology. Yvonne has over 20 years’ experience in supporting and managing international programmes and business changes/transformations within organisations such as Credit Suisse, Unilever, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Travelex, Clifford Chance, BP, Schroders, PwC.
