IoD Scotland - Tips for Chairing Hybrid Board and Senior Leadership Meetings workshop

The workshop will enable those Chairing and organising Board and Senior Leadership Meetings to learn the practicalities of how to run as hybrid.

We know the opportunity to embrace more diverse perspectives and experiences has considerably increased in recent times due to the mixture of working from home alongside travelling to offices.

The large scale change to hybrid working patterns is now going to affect all our meetings.  There are considerable advantages, yet it can also be harder to Chair and lead in a hybrid format.  Governance is the art of scrutiny, analysis and decision making.  This IoD Scotland Member workshop will enable members to come together to learn from fellow IoD members who are leading the way in hybrid meetings.  They will share and you will explore your experiences for the top tips for Chairing Hybrid Board Meetings and Senior Leadership Meetings.

IoD members will also receive a discount code for your staff to access the various training courses that PlacesWork Ltd has created to support this transition to hybrid.
