Jago helps leaders master their reputation with confidence and clarity. Ryan had a tough upbringing on a council estate, raised by his father. He left school without qualifications and went straight into work. He rose up the ranks at one of the largest sales organisations and became the most successful salesperson in the business. He left after 12 years to found Jago, which coincided with his daughter facing death at birth. He came through that and decided to focus his intentions onto a purpose driven life.
