Linda is a consultant psychologist, MD and Principal Psychologist for Apana Business Psychology.
She has been a critical friend and consultant to business leaders and a champion for wellbeing and productivity for decades. She specialises in Board dynamics, recruitment of key individuals to meet values and culture of the business and succession planning.
She is co-founder of Psychologists on Boards, is an Advisory Board Member at Be the Business, and an Iod Ambassador (Cambridgeshire). In her private practice, she works with Directors on their own and family wellbeing.
