Join the IoD and the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance (CFCG) to hear and discuss the findings of a major inquiry into governance and innovation. The Centre published a Call for Evidence earlier this year to enable company directors, executives and other interested parties to share their experiences. The inquiry tests the hypothesis that good governance and an effective board of directors can be key drivers of an innovative organisational culture and an active driver of sustainable value creation.

The IoD Centre for Corporate Governance was established in 2020 with a remit to explore current issues in corporate governance, company stewardship and ESG for the benefit of the business community and wider society.

Speakers
Jason Danciger
Jason has spent four decades in the food industry. He started Hana Group in the UK and in under 5 years has opened over 200 units, winning the hearts and minds of customers as the trend for healthy food and in-store theatre reaches across the UK
Megan Pantelides
Megan has been with Board Intelligence, a software company that helps boards and leadership teams to transform performance using reporting as an agent of change, for five years. Prior to this, Megan worked in executive search for private equity-backed businesses and at strategy consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting. She has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
Stilpon Nestor
Stilpon Nestor is a senior corporate governance expert with significant entrepreneurial experience. Until 2022, he was the Executive Chairman of Nestor Advisors Ltd, a London-based corporate governance consultancy he founded in 2003, and also the Chairman of Morrow Sodali EMEA after the company was sold to Morrow Sodali, a global advisory firm, in 2021.
