Grey Fleet  Is your business managing the hidden risks

Learn how effective governance, leadership and board-level oversight can help organisations manage work-related road safety risks.

This webinar explores an area of organisational risk that often receives less board-level attention than it deserves, despite the potentially significant legal, financial, and reputational consequences when it is not effectively governed.

Grey Fleet and work-related road safety are frequently viewed as operational matters. Yet the culture, governance and accountability that underpin them are established by senior leadership and the board.

Our expert speakers will encourage attendees to consider whether their organisation has the visibility, assurance, and governance necessary to effectively manage employees who drive on company business, whether in company vehicles or privately owned vehicles. Designed to provoke inquiry rather than prescribe solutions, this webinar will challenge participants to reflect on whether current arrangements provide sufficient oversight of this often-overlooked area of corporate responsibility.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their leadership responsibilities, the questions their organisation should be asking, and the opportunitiesto strengthen governance, compliance and organisational safety culture.

This webinar is not about fleet management. It is about leadership, accountability and recognising work-related road safety as a board-level responsibility.

Register today and discover how to build a secure, more compliant business. We look forward to seeing you there.
