Exit Strategies for Small Business Owners

Learn what you need to know to ready your business for sale.
This event has been cancelled.

After pouring blood, sweat and tears into building your small business - where do you go next?

Network with other small business owners and hear from keynote speakers to find out more about how to make your business 'sale ready' at this exciting breakfast event.

At this specially-designed business breakfast, small business owners can learn what is needed to enhance their company's value for a successful sale - be it in the near future or 10 years from now. This exclusive event will allow a group of attendees to listen to expert keynote speakers, engage in enlightening Q&A sessions and network with fellow business owners. After the event they will also receive a top tips guide: "Navigating your Exit: A Roadmap for Owner-Managed Businesses", to provide an overview of what will be important to prospective buyers or investors.

Whether thinking ahead to a future exit or focusing on the today, this is something that all business owners must consider and thinking about it sooner rather than later helps.  Equip yourself with strategies that will not just help with a future sale, but with greater growth and resilience in the shorter term too.

Breakfast, tea and coffee will be available from 8:30am, with the keynote talks beginning at 9am and finishing at 11am. Attendees are free to stay until 12pm for networking.

Spaces are limited to 15 people, to ensure the chance to engage directly with the speakers and other business owners. Attendance is for SME Business Owners only.

A skilled facilitator, brand strategist and design-thinking advocate, he’s also probably in the top-ten tallest people in business.
