Kate Everett

A former regional press feature writer and editor Kate Everett is the founder and managing partner of The Write Impression (TWI).

From its foundation in 2018, Kate has grown the Colchester-based business to a full-service PR and marketing agency with UK and international clients in sectors including technology, education, health and social care, petrochemicals and renewable energy.
TWI has an impressive record in working on regional, national and international awards for its clients, with a 95% success rate in shortlisted nominations.

Kate is passionate about business culture and is a member of the Business Culture Awards judging panel. She is a volunteer Non-Executive Director (NED) for the Colchester Business Enterprise Agency and received an award for Services to Enterprise from the National Enterprise Network (NEN) in 2020.

Mark Heasman

Mark Heasman is CEO of Provide Group, a portfolio of businesses that includes Provide Community Interest Company (CIC), a social enterprise delivering health and social care services in NHS and community care settings across the East of England.
Under Mark’s tenure, the Group has grown to a £100m+ income, growing in influence and reach, delivering outstanding contributions to service innovation and community impact. In 2022/23 Provide Community donated more than £500,000 to charities and community groups.

In the last three years Provide Community has won a number of prestigious awards, including ‘Highly Commended’ at the 2021 HSJ Awards in the Primary Care Networks, GP or Community Provider of the Year category. In the 22/23 Business Culture Awards Provide Community secured Best Public/Not-For-Profit Organisation, Best Culture for Innovation and Mark Heasman won the Leadership Award for Business Culture against competition from national UK brands.

In 2023 Provide Community secured two NHS Parliamentary Awards for service innovation, and Mark won the UK Healthcare Honours Award for outstanding contribution to NHS services; one of the UK’s most prestigious accolades for the healthcare sector.
