AI in the Boardroom - A Non-Executive round table dinner

Join Shane Corstorphine, former CFO and Senior Vice President of Growth of Skyscanner and now an investor, chair and non-executive director, for a round table discussion on the role of AI in the boardroom.

Hosted by Nathalie Agnew, Chair of the Edinburgh and Lothians branch of the Institute of Directors, the evening brings together non-executive directors in the Dining Room at the Kimpton Charlotte Square, Edinburgh.

Together we will discuss how AI can transform the boardroom in an ethical and secure way, exploring both the opportunities and the challenges it presents, and what non-executive directors can take from that conversation. What should boards be asking of management? Where do the real risks sit, and how can directors govern this technology with confidence rather than caution?

The format is a round table, built around our shared experiences and discussion themes. This is a small event, capped at twenty attendees, so everybody will have the opportunity to add to the discussion. Guests will enjoy a two-course dinner, with wines and soft drinks available throughout.

To attend, you must be a Chair, Non-Executive Director or Board Director to book.

Numbers are strictly limited and the evening runs under the Chatham House Rule.

£90 per head for dinner and half a bottle of wine.
