Former Captain of the Afghanistan women’s soccer team & Founder of the Girl Power Organisation
Khalida overcame significant opposition before she founded the Afghan women’s football team back in 2007. She then went on to captain the team and later became the first woman to be employed by the Afghanistan Football Federation, initially as the Finance Officer, followed by the Director of Women’s Football Committee.
Despite going into exile in 2011, the pioneer remained connected to her country and involved in many activities supporting and helping projects which helps women in terms of healthy lifestyle and sports.
Today, Khalida is the founder & Director of the Girl Power Organisation, the Commercial & Women’s Football Coordinator at FC Nordsjælland, a Brand ambassador for Hummel, an ambassador of the 'European Week of Sport Denmark', and is a FIFA Legend.

Dame Inga Beale
The First Female CEO of Lloyds of London
Former CEO of Lloyd’s of London, workplace equality advocate and British businesswoman, Dame Inga Beale is a name that has become instantly recognisable within the global insurance and reinsurance market. A female figure that has taken her industry by storm, is now working as an after-dinner speaker to spread business motivation, share advice surrounding business management and offer tips regarding finance. After studying economics and accounting at Newbury College, Inga joined Prudential Assurance Company in 1982. Entering an industry that was heavily constructed of men, Beale faced adversity first hand due to the inequality between genders and diversity issues of the time period. She moved to work as an underwriter for General Electric’s insurance department before making her way up to the management team in 2001.
By 2009 Inga was a key member of the Zurich Insurance Group, after previously reviving Swiss reinsurer Converium, she bought her skills to a new team and was named the group’s Global Chief Underwriting Officer. In 2013, it was announced that she would become the first female CEO of Lloyd's of London. With the business running for over 328 years, Beale became a revolutionary milestone within the journey to gender equality, a platform in which she used to form the international Insurance Supper club for leading female executives in 2013.
As a member of the LGBT community, Inga has not only shown huge contributions to the feminist movement but has also launched the [email protected] network internally. The programme named Link was formed in 2012 and aims to encourage an inclusive and diverse working environment within insurance companies. Inga became the first woman and openly bisexual person to be named the top of the OUTstanding & FT Leading LGBT executive power list in 2015.

Anne joined Microsoft Ireland as General Manager in October 2021, taking responsibility for the sales, marketing, and services business across the island of Ireland - with a particular focus on delivering business transformation with Microsoft's customers and partners within the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Anne was Enterprise Director at Vodafone UK, with responsibility for sales, brand, product and solution design, services, and government relations, across multiple lines of business. Before assuming her UK responsibilities, Anne ran Vodafone Ireland’s Enterprise Business in Ireland for four years. Previously, Anne worked at IBM for 16 years across a number of senior positions, including Vice President of Sales and Services for the Nordic Region, Sales and Services Director for IBM Ireland, Head of Channel, and Head of Infrastructure & Technology Services.
Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, specialising in Accounting and Finance, and a Graduate Diploma in Computing, both from the University of Limerick.
Anne is passionate about partnering with Irish organisations to work together towards an innovative and progressive digital world.
Mairead Mackle MBE
Head of Race Strategy for Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team
Bernie is responsible for the race strategy each weekend and helping the team achieve the maximum possible championship points. This involves travelling to the majority of the events around the world and making strategy calls from the pit wall; reacting to incidents, safety cars and weather conditions.

A Cambridge graduate, Vicky started her career as a management consultant at Accenture in London. After gaining her MBA at the renowned INSEAD business school in France, Vicky joined Ulster Bank in 2005. She moved on to become part of Danske Bank’s senior management team in 2012, initially as Head of Business Development, then becoming Managing Director of Strategy & Corporate Development.
She joined the Board of Danske Bank UK in 2016 and was appointed Deputy CEO in 2019. She took over as Chief Executive in September 2021.
Vicky is also a Board member at the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Dr Caoimhe Rooney
NASA Postdoctoral Program Fellow, NASA Ames & co-founder, Mathematigals
Caoimhe Rooney’s insatiable enthusiasm for space originates from family trips to the northern coasts of Ireland, where, far from the pollution of city lights, clear skies unveil an endless blanket of stars and occasional glimpses of the Milky Way. Following an undergraduate degree in mathematics at Trinity College Dublin, with a scholarship year at UCLA, Caoimhe achieved a PhD in Industrially Focused Mathematical Modeling at the University of Oxford.
In pursuit of her dream to apply her transferrable mathematical skills within the space sector, Caoimhe was awarded the NASA Postdoctoral Program fellowship to model the formation and distribution of clouds in exoplanet atmospheres at NASA Ames Research Center, California.
Motivated by the under-representation of women in maths, Caoimhe co-founded Mathematigals, an educational outreach initiative with the aim to encourage young girls to pursue mathematics by making it fun and accessible while showcasing its many applications.
