Sweena brings over 17 years of experience spanning business development, strategic partnerships, and senior leadership across a range of sectors.
She is currently Director for Strategic Growth & Operational Excellence at iKnekt, and serves as a Board member of the Kent & Medway Economic Partnership (KMEP). As Chair for the South East, she is committed to strengthening the IoD’s regional community in the area and create new opportunities for members to connect, grow, and thrive across the region.
