Roger Steare

Known as The Corporate Philosopher, he is the author of Ethicability – described as “excellent” by the FCA  and is the co-creator of the MoralDNA character profile. He served as an FCA Advisor on Culture and Ethics from 2013 to 2022 and as a member of the FRC Advisory Panel from 2021-2023. He has advised many CEOs, including Joe Garner for 15 years at HSBC UK, BT Openreach and Nationwide. He spoke at the IoD’s 2024 Code of Conduct launch, writes a column for Director magazine and is an Associate Professor at the FT’s Headspring.
