Ruth is the university’s first Assistant Vice-Principal (Diversity), and current Co-Director of the Centre for Research into Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, she brings extensive senior management experience to her role.
A trained mediator, Professor Woodfield specialises in organisational success through equality and inclusion, with extensive publications addressing workplace participation, progression, and belonging disparities.
