Professor Carole Elliott
Professor of Leadership Development
Carole’s research, funded by prestigious institutions including the ESRC and The Leverhulme Trust, focuses on leadership learning and critical human resource development.
She has co-edited several influential works, including “Gender, Media and Organization” (2016) and “Genderwashing in Leadership” (2024). Dr. Elliott’s contributions to the field have earned multiple accolades from the Academy of Human Resource Development, including the Outstanding HRD Scholar Award (2022). She currently co-Chairs the University Forum for Human Resource Development.
