Following a long period as a partner at PwC where at various times he was a member of the UK Board and the Global Executive, for the past 15 years Peter has held a portfolio of non-executive appointments spanning the private, public and not for profit sectors.
He is currently Board Chair at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Chair of NHS Blood and Transplant, Chair of Sir Richard Sutton Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Pay.UK. He is an Ambassador for The Almshouse Association and a Vice-President of Somerset Community Foundation.
