Patrick Woodman is policy editor of Director. He has worked on business and leadership issues for over 20 years and currently serves as editor of management and leadership journal Dialogue with LID Business Media.
Patrick previously worked at the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), heading external affairs and research teams. As a freelance consultant he has worked with clients on thought leadership and government relations campaigns, and he spends much of his time writing on business issues spanning everything from digital transformation to the future of the workplace.
In his spare time, Patrick indulges his passions for playing guitar and tennis – though as a father of two young children, finds those opportunities are rarer than he’d like.
