Murray has over 28 years of board-level experience across the marine, oil and gas, telecom, and water desalination industries.
He has held executive roles at Smit International, BT, and Cable & Wireless, as well as non-executive positions across various sectors. As a Chartered Director and MBA graduate, he now consults for major global clients on organisational and human performance, focusing on leadership capabilities, board effectiveness, and governance. His international experience includes setting up joint ventures and running companies through sector crashes. He also authored “Leading High Performance” (2014).
