Luisa Cheshire is chief subeditor of Director. She has worked as a journalist for more than 20 years, specialising in business, management, food and farming.
She is also chief subeditor of management and leadership journal Dialogue and a business journalist for the UK agrifood sector.
Luisa is former chief subeditor of The Institute of Leadership & Management’s Edge magazine and former editor of Americafruit – a trade magazine for the North American fresh produce industry.
A mother-of-four, Luisa enjoys walking, tennis and reading in her spare time. She has a keen interest psychodynamic psychotherapy and the application of its theory to organisations. She lives in Warwickshire.
