Julian is an English shopkeeper, philanthropist, and author, best known as the founder of Richer Sounds, the UK’s largest hi-fi retailer.
Richer has a particular interest in supporting causes involved with human rights, animal welfare, social housing deprivation, encouraging responsible business and fighting injustice generally. He has founded ten not for profits including; Acts 435, ASB Help, Campaign for Social Justice, Good Business Charter, Fairness Foundation, Parallel Histories, Richer Unsigned, TaxWatch, Zero Hours Justice
He’s been a columnist for the S Times and written several books, including The Richer Way, The Ethical Capitalist, Our Housing Disaster and Month of Sundays.
