Jean is a management consultant with over 30 years of experience advising boards in 36 countries on finance, strategy, and governance.
He has conducted over 100 board effectiveness reviews and has served as a non-executive director for multiple companies. His career includes 15 years at Barclays Bank, followed by roles at Euromoney plc and as Group Director, Studies at TSB Banking Group. Since starting his consultancy in 1994, he has led Certificate and Diploma programmes for the IoD and contributed chapters to notable publications on effective governance.
