James de le Vingne

James de le Vingne is Chief Executive of the employee ownership association (eoa), representing the UK’s employee-owned sector and championing business models that give employees a meaningful stake and voice at work. He leads the eoa’s mission to drive people-powered growth across the economy.
James previously served as Head of Development at Co-operatives UK and has worked internationally and locally in economic development and enterprise support, helping to broaden ownership and opportunity.
He is a Director of the Ownership at Work thinktank, an Executive Fellow at Rutgers University and sits on the Mutual and Co-operative Business Sector Council.
