Professor Andrew Kakabadse is a Professor of Governance and Leadership and Programme Director of the Board Directors’ Programme at Henley Business School.
His research covers board performance, governance, leadership and policy. He has led studies across 41 countries in the private, public and third sectors with over 20,000 international organisations. Andrew has published over 270 scholarly articles and 48 books, including bestsellers The Politics of Management, Working in Organisations, The Success Formula and Leadership Intelligence: The 5Qs. His scholarly articles have won many prizes.
