Aidan O’Carroll CDir

Aidan is a former senior partner at EY, the Global professional Services Firm, and is currently a member of the ARC at IoD, where he previously served as Chair of the IOD in Scotland.
He is currently Chair of the Board at Revenue Scotland, the Tax Authority dealing with devolved taxes in Scotland, and is also a NED for a family-owned Financial Services business. Aidan brings a truly international perspective to business, having served as a Global leader for EY in Tax, as well as an experienced focus in dealing with privately owned businesses in the UK, where he has acted as an adviser over many years. Aidan is both a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and Chartered Director (IoD).
