Described by the business press as ‘a skilled alchemist’, she shares pragmatic insights gained over four decades in leadership and consultancy roles with international businesses including Price Waterhouse and British Airways.

Anna researches, coaches, consults and writes for the business press on board effectiveness and the development and deployment of Situational Intelligence. Anna is an approved business coach for the IoD and a number of multinational corporations, working at C suite level. A regular conference speaker for director and professional audiences, Anna is a member of a number of global networks exploring future trends. She has an MBA from Brunel University and was a founder member of The Henley Future Work Forum.
Since 2005, Anna has been a key member of the associate team designing and delivering initiatives for a wide range of IoD clients in the UK and internationally. These include clients from the public, private and third sectors such as Lloyds Banking Group, Ministry of Defence, First Group, First Atlantic Bank, NAHCo Aviance, IoD Kenya, ACEVO, BCS, the NHS and NPIA. In addition, she has worked with numerous small to medium businesses across a wide range of industries.
