Are you having problems logging in?
Don't worry. You may just need to 'link' your account – it's very simple and quick to do.
First of all please can you answer either of these two questions:
- Are you an IoD member?
- Were you able to login fine to the old website (pre-July 2016) but are now having problems?
If you answered yes to either of these questions then you just need to 'link' your account to our new website. There are two easy ways to do this:
- Call our Membership team on 020 7766 8866
- Click the link in the email we sent you – it will have had Action required: manage your membership from iod.com in the subject line and be from email@example.com.
