This is only a summary – for detailed requirements refer to the Regulations (The Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015).
NB: All displays and disclosures must be in characters that can be read by the naked eye. Categorisation of a communication depends on its content not its format (so an email or compliments slip could be a business letter under the Regulations).
