Meet the leader: Kim Winser OBE

She was the woman took Pringle of Scotland onto the catwalk and transformed the image of Aquascutum.

Kim Winser was also the first female director at Marks & Spencer and was an adviser to Natalie Massenet at Net-a-Porter.

In 2006. she was awarded an OBE for services to the fashion industry and seven years later launched Winser London, an upmarket online fashion brand for women.

Winser sat down with to reflect on a career that he made her own of the leading figures in fashion retail and the lessons she’s learned along with the way.
