The IoD is partnering with Women on Boards, the worldwide network of over 70,000 aspiring and serving non-executives.
In the UK Women on Boards is a network of nearly 40,000 women, and some men, who are starting and shaping their board careers. The network includes those with all levels of board experience, across all sectors and professional disciplines.
Women on Boards offers support, information, encouragement and honest and helpful advice to aspiring and serving non-executives. In addition, they have 100s of live board roles available to members. What they do works – on average seven of their members secure a new board role each week.
