
From 1st April 2021, the National Living Wage and Minimum Wage will increase for 2 million eligible workers.
The National Living Wage will increase in April 2021 by 2.2% from £8.72 to £8.91 and will be extended to 23 and 24-year-olds for the first time. This is a key part of the government’s commitment to provide equal opportunities for all UK citizens as part of its plan to Build Back Fairer. As an employer, you need to be ready for this change.
