Mentoring for Growth

In partnership with Be the Business, the IoD is giving members mentorship opportunities to share the knowledge and skills they have learnt through being a director, from IoD training or from seeking advice themselves from others in business, through their Mentoring for Growth programme.

IoD members are leaders in business all over the world, so whether you’re looking to volunteer as a mentor or to receive guidance yourself from another director or sector, the opportunity to connect with, develop and influence others is endless.

Be the Business’ Mentoring for Growth is the UK’s most ambitious mentoring programme. Backed by government, the scheme is structured to enable experienced executives to support SMEs, especially during these challenging times.
