Rachel Fereday is a partner and head of employment law and litigation at Awdry Law, a firm of solicitors based in Wiltshire with offices in Devizes, Swindon, Chippenham, Marlborough and Royal Wootton Bassett. Rachel provides employment law advice to businesses and HR professionals to help them navigate situations and avoid claims, or will provide advice and representation in relation to employment tribunal proceedings, if that becomes necessary. As a business owner and manager herself, she understands the challenges that employers face, and the commercial reality of decisions that need to be made, which enables her to provide practical and realistic advice to help businesses achieve the best outcomes.
