Unveil the Hidden Risks Mastering Vicarious Liability for Directors

Executive Roundtable Dinner

Discover how to safeguard your company and leadership at our upcoming executive roundtable dinner, sponsored by Consortiq.

As a director, understanding the contours of vicarious liability is not just beneficial—it’s imperative. In today’s litigious environment, a comprehensive grasp of these legal dynamics can distinguish between proactive governance and costly legal battles. Vicarious liability is a legal doctrine holding companies accountable for the actions of their employees during the course of their employment. This means a business can be held liable for incidents ranging from minor breaches to severe negligence, even if the management wasn’t directly involved.

During this dinner we will be joined by our sponsor, Consortiq, who will bring the topic to life using third-party drone services as an example of where it could all go wrong. We will then move into roundtable discussion format over dinner.

The drone industry is projected to reach $48 billion by 2030 as technology advances and regulations evolve. As the industry expands, organisations will leverage drones directly or through third party providers.

The Consortiq team will be setting the scene and sharing real case studies to support our delegates to understand what the outcomes can look like when it all goes wrong.

Our executive dinner with Consortiq was a great success in 2023 with a lot of insightful discussion and learnings to be had.  We can’t wait to welcome you all again this year!

So….where does the buck stop?  Join us to find out….
